Devilette - Claire Huckle

Claire trained at the Guildford School of Acting where she was awarded a full scholarship and gained a first class BA Hons degree in musical theatre. Here she performed as a soloist for the popular GSA singers and played a variety of roles including Kay in Time and the Conways, Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing and Linda in Thatcher’s Women.

Her theatre credits include Lillian in The Chimes (Bristol Old Vic), Betty in The Crucible (QEH Theatre), Alice Fitzwarren in Dick Whittington (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre, Guildford), Wendy in Peter Pan (Darlington Civic Theatre) and Becky in The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (The Dukes Theatre, Lancaster).

Her TV and film credits include two series of Without Motive (ITV), Casualty (BBC), A Respectable Trade (BBC), Howard Goodall’s 20th Century Greats (Channel 4), This is Dom Joly and This is Dom Joly 2 (BBC). She was also a presenter of The Wild Bunch (BBC).

Claire has recently played the title roles in Cinderella at the Marlowe Theatre, Canterbury and Peter Pan at the Central Theatre, Chatham.
